Amazing Suite Experience
sea view balcony space thorough cleaners friendly staff
Our villa suites have a wonderful sea view. The balcony space is very spacious. I thought they were very private. The hotel cleaners came twice daily. They were thorough and friendly.
I saw the towels in our room. They were old. They were also discoloured. This is my only complaint.

The hotel pool area has many sunbeds available to use. Free water is available near the pool. There is also sunscreen provided free of charge for all guests.

The staff throughout the hotel are friendly. Staff always go out of their way to. I found them very courteous at all times. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Breakfast includes many choices. There are gluten-free options too. The quality of the food is very good. The Starfish restaurant is excellent and it is a great option.

The hotel location is really good. It is near the village of La Caleta. Many bars and restaurants are located at the cove in front of the hotel. The location feels very chilled.

Excellent Stay in a Spacious Suite

I stayed in a suite with a large balcony that offered a great sea view. The room had a lot of space. It also had a living room fully separated from the bedroom. I found it easy to find a parking place on the street near the hotel.
I noticed a lack of complimentary water bottles in the rooms , and the tap water wasn't drinkable.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. There are good restaurants within walking distance , including the Genghis Khan Grill. The town is about a 30-minute walk away.

The buffet breakfast had many choices to meet different needs. Justina manages the dining operation and is very reliable. Lorena is a cook and is very friendly , willing to prepare custom fried eggs or oats.

The hotel houses several restaurants , providing diverse dining options. The workers seemed motivated and nice , contributing to a positive atmosphere. The hotel also features a kids club.

fantastic suites
seafront view spacious balcony thorough cleaners friendly staff
I stayed in the villa two-bedroom suite with a private pool. This suite offered better seafront views. the balcony area was very spacious, and it felt more private than the beautiful rooms. the hotel was super clean. Cleaners came twice a day and were thorough. all staff members were friendly and helpful, a key reason i return.
The toilet door does not reach the top, and noise and smells enter the room, impacting privacy. door slams were also a minor issue. I addressed this with a towel.
